Shipping & Pick Up Policies
Shipping Policy
We ship axolotls on Monday and Tuesdays only. This ensures that the axolotls arrive on time and are not held over the weekend if there is a delay.
Axolotls also need to be fasted before shipping to keep their shipping water clean. Therefore, orders placed between Friday to Tuesday will be delayed until the following week.
If temperatures in the arrival and departure cities are below 32°F or over 85°F, the shipment will need to be postponed for the safety of the animal. We will notify you via email if the order needs to be postponed.
We do not ship to states where axolotls are illegal to ship or own (California, Maine, New Jersey, and New Mexico).
DOA & Return Policy
We guarantee live arrival for our axolotls.
In the rare case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will offer a refund for the price of the animal or replacement of equal value ONLY if the buyer contacts us with a video of the deceased animal in the sealed shipping bag and being added to its new container within one hour of the delivery time.
After one hour of delivery, Frazier Creek Axolotls is no longer responsible for the wellbeing of the animal as the temperature and water parameters are no longer in our control.
We do not replace shipping costs.
We do not accept payment returns for live axolotls. If buyers wish to surrender their axolotl back to us, they may do so at their own expense.
Local Pickups
We offer pick ups and viewings for local costumers.
